Refund and Returns Policy

1. On the occasion of delivering products to the customer, purchased from endless.lk, the customer should check for any damages or faults of the product in the presence of the deliverer.

 In case there is any issue with the product/ products, the customer should inform endless.lk using the contact numbers below or send an email for further action.

The customer should request a complaint ID number for later inquiries of the complaint. (Please note that further complaints won’t be accepted without the complaint ID).

 

2. If there is any sort of damage in the packaging or the product, if the colour of the product is abnormally discolored, or if the odor of the product is abnormal, the customer can change the purchased product within 3 days after the product is received.

 

3. The customer is also able to change the product if the expiry date is too short. Please note that the expiration date should have a maximum gap of 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

4. The customer can change the product in case of any allergy

1.Please note that some products won’t match your skin type. therefore, be informed about your skin type and select the products accordingly. for guidance, you could get help from our salesperson.

if it is your first time using the purchased product, please go through the instructions that are available in the product itself and follow them appropriately.

 

1.All allergies should be reported within the first 48 hours after applying and the customer has the option to return the product and get a refund or exchange for another similar product. In case of product unavailability, we would provide a refund after an agreement with the customer.

 

We will bear the cost of returning the product which caused the allergy.

 

1.It is the customer’s responsibility to inform endless.lk, inform the certain manufacturer of the product that caused the allergy. according to that, we will organize the further actions to be executed.

 

Please note that the organizing committee of endless.lk has the full authority to change or update the above terms and conditions without any further notice to the customer.

 

5. The customer can change the purchased product within 3 days of receiving it. the product will be changed only if the exchange product that was received by the customer is in a suitable condition to be resold. if there is any sort of damage to the product, there will be no refund or exchange.

 

6.Electronic and Home appliances,

The warranty certificate will cover any manufacturing faults. (Physical damages won’t be covered by the warranty certificate). During the warranty period, any repairs for the appliance will be accepted as after-sales service. (To cover warranties, the customer must provide the necessary documents and warranty certificates)
